Elgin Stables is a very beautiful, barn conversion that required an extension to suit the owner’s needs. It was vital that we designed an extension that would fit in with the surroundings as well as match the existing building’s exterior. The existing building also required some internal alterations which we detailed at the same time. We carried out a site dimensional survey and produced as-existing and proposed floor plans and elevations to which approval for both Planning and Building Control were obtained.
