We designed this new build after our client desired a significantly larger house that could be tailored to their individual requirements. One of the unique qualities this building holds is the courtyard centred in the middle of the building. Surrounding rooms and hallways provide access to the novelty courtyard, while the upstairs bedrooms have luxurious overlooking balconies. We carried out all of the AutoCAD drawing and design work along with the necessary documentation that enabled us to receive both Planning and Building Control approval. We also produced the detailed manufacturing drawings for the timber frame.
